Meet Nelson Hospitality.
Chef Jeff Nelson comes from very humble beginnings at the start of his journey in the world of restaurants at the age of 15. From small 40 seat fine dining to being part of the opening chef team for the Miami Marlins - even being part of the award winning culinary team at the Boston Convention Center- he has done it all.
We are so thrilled to have him and his team including Steve Belakonis (COO) as our current featured Chef in the Palette Kitchen.
Nelson Hospitality offers a wide range of event services and is able to be booked for full service catering through Palette.
